After another pest control company failed to find any evidence of bed bugs even though we seen 3 of them and were being bitten a friend of mine recommended this one. Having bed bugs is stressful as it is but i had every single question answered for me, they were on time, gave notice when they were on their way, calmed all of my anxiety and gave detailed explanations. Also being given recommendations on how to prevent future infestations. After the first visit we already had no more bites and 2 weeks later no evidence of any bugs! We are so beyond grateful and amazed at how amazing they truly are! Top level customer service and work.

Best service ever! After a different company could not get rid of my bedbugs I gave up and tried this company. Frist of all the service person took his time and explain all the things I needed to do, what the other company missed. I tried to offer a tip he would not accept it. I didn't think good people where really left on this earth. So end of story after a year of hell he fixed my issue in 2 months.

We were delighted with the immediate and efficient service received from Pestend Inc. From my connection with Aini (Office Administrator) to Zafar the specialist who attended our house. Zafar was professional, extremely knowable, helpful and reassuring. Aini was prompt in providing us with getting the specialist to our home on the Saturday on Thanksgiving weekend and assured us the problem would be resolved. Zafar assessed the problem quickly and remedial action was implemented. The specialists (Zafar) arrived on time called on the way to give notice and was very through in his work. He arrived on time on both visits. This was the first time I have used this company and would be happy to recommend them for similar problems. Prompt, quick, thorough and efficient. Great customer service to be commended.

Zafar is great, very experienced and professional to fight bed bugs. I live in a condo and I had a problem with bed bugs, he told me that they are coming from your neighbor unit, and he was correct. he figured out the whole problem from the source, and I am very pressed to deal with pestend . I am highly recommending this company.
